7:00 – 8:00 AM              Breakfast for all the Volunteers

8:00 – 10:00 AM           A Hearty Breakfast for all – Drop In Centre
                                        (by donation)
                                        Hosted by GESS, Golf Club & the Recreational Society

8:00 – 2:00 PM             Show & Shine (Car Show) on Lansdown Street
                                      Hosted by the Granum & District Historical Society
                                      (followed by a Parade of Cars from the Car Show)

                                       Duck Race Ticket Sales Roaming Sales
                                      Find Vanessa using in the roaming golf cart

9:00 – 2:00 PM              Adult Historical Scavenger Hunt
                                      (Town-Wide Activity)
                                      Look for information at the different activities.

10:00 – 4:00 PM            Market at the Recreation Center

11:00 – 1:00 PM            Lunch at the Drop-In Centre (by donation)

2:00 – 2:15 PM              Car Parade – cars from the Car show.

                                        Horse and carriage rides with Phil Still.

3:30 PM                          A’sitapiiksi (Young People) Powwow Club

4:00 PM                          Live Music with Train Wreck
                                             (They will be playing through out the afternoon and after the parade)

4:45 PM                          Cake Cutting Ceremony &   
                                         Unveiling the Time Capsule

5:00 – 7:00 PM               Beef on a Bun Supper – $15.00
                                                 Youth 7 to 13 $10 & Under 7 free
                                                 Includes Coleslaw, a drink.  Canada Cake for dessert.

The A’sitapiiksi (Young People) Powwow Club is designed to invest in our First Nation youth and children ages 6 to 17 years of age focus in holistic approach in promoting the health and well-being that positively impact the physical, mental/emotional, social, spiritual and cultural aspects of our youth. The A’sitapiiksi Powwow program is to empowering the youth through powwow dancing to build their confidence, self-esteem, and self-identity to become proud “Niitsitapi (Real people)”. Blackfoot Language will also be promoted to teach to the youths and children. Powwow dancing and songs is a healing and physical connection to our Blackfoot way of life & Identity.
